Shabby Angel.com ships 99% of our products and accessories within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday) of paid orders. Shipping times exclude holidays and weekends. All accessories and small orders will be shipped via USPS in order to save our customers some money on their shipping costs. All shipments sent via USPS will be supplied a tracking confirmation number. All taxes and other related costs, associated with shipping is the sole responsibility of the buyer. At this time, we are unable to ship to international addresses, A.P.O. or F.P.O. addresses, or U.S. territories.

Returns

Shabby Angel.com products and accessories carry a 7-day money back guarantee. Customer service is the key to our success and we are confident you will love any item you purchase from our company. Please contact us if you feel you need to return an item and our customer service department will help you through the process. Just advise us of the issue and we will get right to work submitting the claim and getting a new item shipped out to replace the damaged one if a replacement is available. Every product you buy from our catalog or online store must be free of defects, unless disclosed of any scratches, imperfections, chips, cracks etc in item description, or you may return it immediately to Shabby Angel.com for replacement or refund. Thats it. No fine print. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!

All refunds will be either credited back on the original card processed through PayPal. Claims of shortages, overages, incorrect or damaged items must be reported to us within 5 business days of receipt of shipment. Returns for damaged or defective merchandise or an error on our part will be accepted only with prior authorization. All returns must be new, unused, and all returned products and/or accessories must be sent back in the original box with all associated accessories or will be subject to a discounted refund. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Unauthorized returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
